At MetLife Pet Insurance, we continue to innovate to provide benefits that offer real value to policyholders. That is why we offer a rewards program to eligible policyholders that complements our pet insurance plans.²

Eligible policyholders can use this program to access discounts on pet care purchases at select businesses. These purchases can help care for your pets’ overall health and well-being.
Rewards are automatically added to eligible policyholders’ MyPets accounts, and can be easily accessed by logging into your MyPets online account.
Redeem your rewards for discounts and special offers from national and local pet care businesses.
You can redeem up to five MetLife exclusive pet rewards each calendar year, and new rewards are added throughout the year.³
